As of Thursday, March 12, the American Hockey League has suspended the regular season. In accordance with their decision and the recommendation of the CDC and WHO, the Iowa Wild will be putting our remaining games on hold until further notice. Community events, mascot appearances, and player appearances will also be postponed. Please click here to view our official statement.

This city is our home. Our Des Moines community has shown continuous resilience, compassion, and perseverence, and we are confident that will continue even in these uncertain days.

The health and well-being of our fans, players, and staff is our primary concern at all times, and we will do everything in our power to protect our community under the recommendation of health professionals.

The season isn't over yet. We understand and share in your disappointment—hockey is our favorite, and the community built around the team is dear to us. We are taking preventative measures to protect our fans and players, in order that play may resume safely in the future.

Monday, March 16 The American Hockey League has advised all teams that the suspension of play will not be lifted before May 2020. Please click here to read their release.

When will games resume?

We do not have a set date for when hockey will return, but we fully support and comply with the recommendations of the American Hockey League, the National Hockey League, and the CDC and WHO. 

What about the tickets I already purchased?

Wild 365 Members—please contact your service representative, or call our main line at 515-564-8700.

Large group reservations and Ice and Luxury Suite purchasers, please contact your service representative.

Our ticket service staff are available during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) and are happy to assist. If you are unable to reach a representative immediately, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call within 15 minutes.
