Career Notes: Enters his ninth professional season in 2017-18 after signing a one-year, two-way agreement with the Minnesota Wild on July 1, 2017… 2016-17: Spent the entire season with the AHL’s Providence Bruins. Led team defensemen (third overall among Bruins) with a career-high of 17 goals, 32 assists for 49 points in 70 games played. Finished second in goals among AHL defensemen… 2015-16: Spent most of the season (69 games) with the Springfield Falcons and played five games for the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes. In Arizona, he posted 7 PIM in five games played. Led Falcons defensemen with 11 goals (was fifth on the team) and 31 assists (second on team). Finished tied for ninth among AHL defensemen in goals and 13th in assists… 2014-15: Played 58 games for the Binghamton Senators. Finished sixth on the team with 27 assists… 2013-14: Traded to the Ducks on June 24, 2013 from Pittsburgh in exchange for Harry Zolnierczyck. Signed a one-year contract with Anaheim on July 10, 2013. Started the season with Norfolk before getting called up to the Ducks on Nov. 30, 2013. Scored his first NHL goal on Nov. 30 vs San Jose. Reassigned to Norfolk on Dec.12, 2013. Traded by Anaheim to Ottawa on Mar. 5, 2014 and assigned to Binghamton in exchange for right wing Andre Petersson. Played the last 19 games for Binghamton Senators… 2012-13: Finished eighth on the team with 16 assists, sixth in PIM with 73 in 46 games played for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton… 2011-12: Led all team defensemen in goals (10), assists (27), points (37) and PIM (73) in 61 games played for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins… 2010-11: Split season between Wheeling Nailers and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Played in 14 games for the Nailers and four games for the Penguins… 2009-10: Split year between Wheeling and Wilkes/Barre Scranton in his rookie campaign. Posted 20 assists and 27 total points in only 40 games. Made his AHL debut and played in 14 games for Wilkes/Barre…  2008-09: Started season with Saint John Sea Dogs, scored nine goals, and was second among defensemen in points (31), fourth among skaters with 51 PIM. Traded to Shawinigan Cataractes. Finished season with 15 assists with Shawinigan (11th overall).  In all, he played in 60 QMJHL games with 13 goals and career highs of 37 assists and 50 points… 2007-08: Finished with career highs of 15 goals, while adding 33 assists in 70 games played for Saint John Sea Dogs.
