Important Wild 365 Ticket Exchange Policy Information: This season, you will have the ability to exchange your tickets in advance!  If you have tickets to a select game and cannot attend, you will be able to exchange those tickets for a future game date. You can complete this process in your online account.

Exchanges must be done no later than one hour before puck drop of the original game. Exchanging tickets from previous games played will not be permitted.  For questions, contact the Iowa Wild Ticket office at 515-564-8700.

2020-21 SEASON FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is the 20-21 season going to start?

Our first home game will take place on February 5, 2021! The puck drops at 7:00 PM and we can't wait to see you there!

How many games will there be?

We will be hosting 17 home games this season! Check out our schedule for all the details.

Will fans be allowed in the arena?

As we know, anything can change. However, we are expecting to be allowed to host fans in a limited capacity, and our season ticket members are our top priority.

As a Wild 365 Member, you will have priority access to games and seat locations before the general public. 

What kind of safety protocols will be in place?

We are working hard to establish the safest return-to-play procedure we can, including mask mandates, increased access to hand sanitizer, and socially distanced seating.

What is the ticket exchange policy?

What if a game is canceled?

In the event of a game change/cancelation, the American Hockey League will make their best efforts to reschedule.

If a game cannot be rescheduled, you will receive communication via the email address on your account about credit/refund options.

Will ticket prices increase for the season?

There will be NO CHANGES to your ticket price based on your price level. If you choose to sit at a different price level, the cost of your membership will change accordingly.

Will my account be charged as usual?

We have paused scheduled payments on all Wild 365 accounts. If you would like to continue paying as usual, please contact the ticket sales office.
