Iowa and Chicago meet for the seventh of 12 meetings this season. Chicago claimed the last meeting, a 2-1 decision on Friday night at Wells Fargo Arena. The next meeting between the two clubs is in Chicago on Feb. 18. The Wolves are 5-1-0-0 this season against the Wild, which is 1-4-1-0 this season. Iowa is 6-14-2-2 all-time against Chicago and 4-6-1-1 at Allstate Arena. Wolves forward Eriah Hayes scored with 3:40 to go in regulation, completing a come-from-behind victory for Chicago. Wolves’ goalie Jordan Binnington made 39 saves on 40 shots for the win. Forward Danny Kristo scored the additional Chicago goal. Iowa goalie Jeremy Smith made 20 saves on 22 shots for the loss. Forward Brett Sutter scored the lone Wild goal.
