When is the 22-23 season going to start?

Our first home game will take place on October 14th! We can't wait to see you there! 

What is the ticket exchange policy?

This season, game tickets can only be exchanged in advance. If you have tickets to a select game and cannot attend, you are able to exchange those tickets for a future game date. You can complete the exchange process through your online account. Exchanges cannot be done at the Wells Fargo Arena Box Office.

Exchanging tickets from previous games will not be permitted. Exchanges must be done no later than one hour before puck drop of the original game. For questions, contact the Iowa Wild Ticket office at 515-564-8700 or tickets@iowawild.com.

What if a game is cancelled?

In the event of a game change/cancelation, the American Hockey League will make their best efforts to reschedule.

If a game cannot be rescheduled, you will receive communication via the email address on your account about credit/refund options.

Will ticket prices increase for the season?

There will be NO CHANGES to your ticket price based on your price level. If you choose to sit at a different price level, the cost of your membership will change accordingly.
