The Iowa Wild returns home to complete three games in three days over the weekend. Iowa dropped a 4-3 OT decision on Friday at Rockford and a 3-2 defeat in Chicago on Saturday. Sunday marks the fifth meeting of the season between the two teams. The Admirals and Wild both have 2-2-0-0 records in the season series. The home team has lost every game of the series. Milwaukee is 10-4-0-0 all-time. Including a 7-0-0-0 mark at Wells Fargo Arena. The Wild is 4-8-1-1 overall and 0-6-1-0 at home all-time against the Ads. The two teams play a total of eight times this season, including two more games in Milwaukee and two more at Wells Fargo Arena.

The Iowa Wild were defeated by the Chicago Wolves 3-2 in front of 9,510 fans at Allstate Arena on Saturday night. Falling behind 2-0 in the game’s first seven minutes, the Chicago Wolves completed the comeback with 3:48 left in regulation off a goal by Phillip McRae. After allowing two early goals, Chicago goalie Jordan Binnington finished with 26 saves in the victory. Forward Zack Phillips and defenseman Jonathon Blum each scored in the defeat, as Iowa slipped to 2-8-0-0 on the road this season. Iowa goalie Johan Gustafsson (4-9-0) made 34 saves on 37 shots in the defeat. Forwards Tyler Graovac and Michael Keranen each had two assists in the defeat.
