Iowa Wild winds down its five-game road trip with a pair of games at Quicken Loans Arena beginning with tonight’s affair at 6 p.m. CT. This marks Iowa’s first trip to Ohio since March 26 of last season, when the Monsters wrapped up a two-game home sweep of the Wild. Earlier this season, Iowa defeated Cleveland at Wells Fargo Arena, claiming a 6-1 win on November 11 before edging the Monsters 3-2 in the shootout the following afternoon. In four-plus seasons, the Wild is 16-11-2-1 against the Monsters, with eight of those victories coming on the road.
