IOWA WILD RECALLS FORWARD JACK WALKER, DEFENSEMAN GUSTAV BOURAMMAN FROM RAPID CITY RUSH

DES MOINES, IOWA – Iowa Wild General Manager Brent Flahr announced today the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled forward Jack Walker and defenseman Gustav Bouramman from Rapid City Rush of the ECHL.

Walker, 21 (7/30/1996), has 29 points (10g, 19a) in 35 games played with Rapid City this season. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound native of Edina, Minn., has appeared in two games for Iowa, making his AHL debut on Feb. 19 vs. Texas. Walker was selected by Toronto Maple Leafs in the 6th round (152nd overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft and signed an AHL contract with Iowa on Aug. 1, 2017.

Bouramman, 21 (1/24/1997), has 28 points (5g, 23a) in 54 games in his first season with Rapid City Rush. Bouramman previously played three seasons with Sault Ste. Marie in the OHL, where he registered 126 points (13g, 113a) in 201 games. The 6-foot, 184-pound native of Stockholm, Sweden, was selected by Minnesota in the seventh round (201st overall) in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Iowa begins another three-in-three set with a pair of home games against Grand Rapids. Puck drop is Friday at 7:00 p.m.
