DES MOINES, IA - Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher on Wednesday announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reduced its training camp roster to 30 players.

The team assigned forwards Kurtis Gabriel, Jordan Schroeder, Alex Tuch and defenseman Hunter Warner to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL). Gabriel and Schroeder were both assigned to Iowa on Monday and then immediately recalled to Saint Paul on Tuesday. Minnesota also placed forward Tyler Graovac on waivers today. He will be assigned to Iowa on Thursday if he clears waivers.
In addition, the Iowa Wild released (D) Nolan Zajac, (F) Cody Bradley and (F) Sam Warning, from their tryout agreements.
Iowa plays a pair of preseason games; both will be in North Dakota against the Manitoba Moose – the Winnipeg Jets AHL affiliate. Iowa and Manitoba meet at Scheels Arena in Fargo, ND on Sat., Oct. 8 at 7 P.M. The two teams will play a second preseason game at the Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks, ND on Sun., Oct. 9 at 2 p.m.
The 2016-17 Iowa Wild regular season schedule begins on Oct. 14 and single-game tickets for the 2016-17 regular season are on sale now. Opening Night 2016 is set for Friday, Oct. 14 at Wells Fargo Arena, when the team opens a seven-game home stand.

The Wells Fargo Arena box office is open Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. For Saturday game days, the box office will open at 10 a.m. For Sunday game days the box office will open at 12 p.m. Fans may also purchase tickets by calling 1-844-55-HYVEE or by visiting participating Hy-Vee food stores locations in the greater Des Moines area.
