The Iowa Wild head to BMO Harris Bank Center Friday at 7 p.m. for the first game of a back-to-back weekend set against the Rockford IceHogs. In the first meeting between the two teams on Nov. 6, Iowa scored two goals in the waning seconds of regulation to tie the game before beating Rockford in the shootout to take a 5-4 shootout victory.

Iowa recorded its best record versus Rockford in nine season series between the two clubs in 2021-22, going 8-2-0-2 against the IceHogs last season. While the Wild had the advantage last year, the results between the two teams over the last decade have been relatively even.
