Multi-game & season credential requests

SINGLE-GAME CREDENTIAL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY 4 P.M. CT THE DAY BEFORE A GAME (12 P.M. CT FRIDAY FOR WEEKEND GAMES).

• Once approved, single-game credentials may be picked up 2 hours prior to game time at the media desk located inside the VIP North Doors at the corner of Crocker St. and 3rd St. The elevator to the councourse level and press box level is located in the VIP North lobby.
• Media: Due to limited press box seating, approved credential requests will be seated on an as-available basis. 
• Photography: Only photographers on assignment will be allowed access to designated photography locations.

The Iowa Wild and Wells Fargo Arena are located at 730 3rd St, Des Moines, IA 50309.

Credentialed media and visitors may park in the lot north of Crocker Ave. between 5th Ave. and 3rd St. and enter the arena via the North VIP doors.

The Tom Kurvers Memorial Press Box is located between Sections 319 & 320.
