Wild Hosts Home Opener on Friday at 7 PM

Des Moines, IA – Iowa Wild General Manager Jim Mill on Tuesday announced the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed forward Jason Gregoire (greg-gwor) to a standard player contract (SPC) and assigned him to the Alaska Aces, Iowa’s ECHL affiliate. In addition, Mill announced that defenseman Colton Jobke has also been assigned to Alaska.

Gregoire enters his fourth pro season in 2014-15, playing last year in the Swedish Elite League with 13 goals and 22 points in 40 games played. The 22-year old was scoreless in 11 games for the Wild last year, while scoring twice and setting up four goals for six points in 35 games with the Solar Bears. In all, Jobke has played in 13 career AHL games without a point, to go along with four penalty minutes.
