IOWA WILD REDUCES TRAINING CAMP ROSTER TO 24 PLAYERS

DES MOINES, Iowa – Iowa Wild General Manager Matt Hendricks today announced the American Hockey League (AHL) club has reduced its training camp roster to 24 players. 

Iowa assigned defenseman Mike Koster to the Iowa Heartlanders (ECHL). 

The Wild also released Carter Allen, Adam Capannelli, Dante Giannuzzi, Lordanthony Grissom, Keltie Jeri-Leon, Isaac Johnson, Elliott McDermott, Jaxon Nelson, and Tommy Stewart from their professional tryouts.

The Iowa Wild open the 2025-26 regular season against the Chicago Wolves at Casey's Center on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 6 p.m.
